(XII. 21.) rendelete alapj\u00e1n, valamint a Hum\u00e1nszolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 K\u00f6zpont Szervezeti \u00e9s M\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9si Szab\u00e1lyzat\u00e1ban meghat\u00e1rozottak szerint l\u00e1tja el.<\/h3><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3><strong>F\u00e9r\u0151helyek sz\u00e1ma:<\/strong>\u00a020 f\u0151 (gyermekekkel egy\u00fctt)<\/h3><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h2><strong>A Csal\u00e1dok \u00c1tmeneti Otthona (tov\u00e1bbiakban CS\u00c1O) feladatai:<\/strong><\/h2><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3>A CS\u00c1O folyamatos munkarend szerint m\u0171k\u00f6d\u0151 \u00e1tmeneti elhelyez\u00e9st ny\u00fajt\u00f3 int\u00e9zm\u00e9ny, amely a gyermekj\u00f3l\u00e9ti alapell\u00e1t\u00e1s keret\u00e9ben biztos\u00edtja az \u00e1tmenetileg otthontalann\u00e1 v\u00e1lt sz\u00fcl\u0151 \u00e9s gyermeke sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra a lakhat\u00e1st, amennyiben elhelyez\u00e9s hi\u00e1ny\u00e1ban lakhat\u00e1suk nem lenne biztos\u00edtott \u00e9s emiatt a gyermeke(ke)t el kellene v\u00e1lasztani sz\u00fcl\u0151j\u00e9t\u0151l. Befogadja a v\u00e1ls\u00e1ghelyzetben l\u00e9v\u0151 b\u00e1ntalmazott vagy v\u00e1rand\u00f3s any\u00e1t, illetve a sz\u00fcl\u00e9szetr\u0151l kiker\u00fcl\u0151 any\u00e1t \u00e9s gyermek\u00e9t, valamint a v\u00e1rand\u00f3s anya k\u00e9relm\u00e9re az anya \u00e9lett\u00e1rs\u00e1t vagy f\u00e9rj\u00e9t.<\/h3><h3>A CS\u00c1O a sz\u00fcl\u0151 k\u00e9relm\u00e9re biztos\u00edtja gyermek\u00e9vel az egy\u00fcttes lakhat\u00e1st, valamint a sz\u00fcks\u00e9g szerinti tov\u00e1bbi ell\u00e1t\u00e1st.<\/h3><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3>A feln\u0151tt \u00e9s gyermek egy\u00fcttes ell\u00e1t\u00e1sa sor\u00e1n biztos\u00edtjuk az ell\u00e1t\u00e1st ig\u00e9nyl\u0151 gyermek \u00e1tmeneti gondoz\u00e1s\u00e1t \u00e9s befogadjuk otthontalann\u00e1 v\u00e1lt sz\u00fcleit. Seg\u00edts\u00e9get ny\u00fajtunk a sz\u00fcl\u0151nek gyermeke teljes k\u00f6r\u0171 ell\u00e1t\u00e1s\u00e1hoz, gondoz\u00e1s\u00e1hoz, nevel\u00e9s\u00e9hez, biztos\u00edtjuk a sz\u00fcl\u0151 sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra a gyermek\u00e9vel val\u00f3 egy\u00fcttes lakhat\u00e1st \u00e9s a sz\u00fcks\u00e9g szerinti ell\u00e1t\u00e1st, k\u00f6zrem\u0171k\u00f6d\u00fcnk &#8211; a csal\u00e1d-\u00e9s gyermekj\u00f3l\u00e9ti szolg\u00e1lattal egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6dve &#8211; az \u00e1tmeneti gondoz\u00e1st sz\u00fcks\u00e9gess\u00e9 tev\u0151 okok megsz\u00fcntet\u00e9s\u00e9ben, a csal\u00e1d helyzet\u00e9nek rendez\u00e9s\u00e9ben, otthontalans\u00e1g\u00e1nak megsz\u00fcntet\u00e9s\u00e9ben.<\/h3><h3>Az Otthon m\u0171k\u00f6dtet\u00e9s\u00e9nek \u00e1ltal\u00e1nos c\u00e9lja teh\u00e1t az otthontalann\u00e1 v\u00e1lt gyermekek \u00e9s csal\u00e1djaik vesz\u00e9lyeztetetts\u00e9g\u00e9nek megel\u0151z\u00e9se, illetve a kialakult vesz\u00e9lyeztetetts\u00e9g megsz\u00fcntet\u00e9se, a gyermek saj\u00e1t csal\u00e1dj\u00e1ban t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 nevelked\u00e9s\u00e9nek t\u00e1mogat\u00e1sa.<\/h3><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3>Tov\u00e1bbi c\u00e9l, az otthontalans\u00e1g megsz\u00fcntet\u00e9se a csal\u00e1di konfliktus felsz\u00e1mol\u00e1s\u00e1val, kezel\u00e9s\u00e9vel, illetve e lehet\u0151s\u00e9g hi\u00e1ny\u00e1ban \u00faj otthon felkutat\u00e1sa (alb\u00e9rleti lehet\u0151s\u00e9g, a csal\u00e1d anyagi kond\u00edci\u00f3ihoz m\u00e9rten \u00e1llami\/helyi \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzati t\u00e1mogat\u00e1ssal h\u00e1zv\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00e1s), a sz\u00fcl\u0151nek \u00e9s gyermek\u00e9nek\/gyermekeinek sz\u00fcks\u00e9g eset\u00e9n pszichol\u00f3giai \u00e9s ment\u00e1lhigi\u00e9n\u00e9s tan\u00e1csad\u00e1s ny\u00fajt\u00e1sa. A szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sunk tov\u00e1bbi c\u00e9lja, hogy megfelel\u0151 szakmai seg\u00edts\u00e9gny\u00fajt\u00e1ssal a gyermekek \u00e9rdekeit, alapvet\u0151 jogait szem el\u0151tt tartva megsz\u0171njenek az \u00e1tmeneti gondoz\u00e1st sz\u00fcks\u00e9gess\u00e9 tev\u0151 okok.<\/h3><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3>Az int\u00e9zm\u00e9nyben dolgoz\u00f3k a Szoci\u00e1lis Munka Etikai K\u00f3dex\u00e9ben le\u00edrtak betart\u00e1s\u00e1val v\u00e9gzik munk\u00e1jukat.<\/h3><h3>Az int\u00e9zm\u00e9ny rendj\u00e9t, a bentlak\u00f3k jogait \u00e9s k\u00f6teless\u00e9geit, az \u00e9rdekk\u00e9pviseleti f\u00f3rum m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9t a H\u00e1zirend szab\u00e1lyozza.<\/h3><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h2><strong>Elhelyez\u00e9si felt\u00e9telek:<\/strong><\/h2><h3>A sz\u00fcl\u0151 \u00e9s gyermeke sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra az egy\u00fcttes lakhat\u00e1st k\u00fcl\u00f6n lak\u00f3szob\u00e1ban biztos\u00edtjuk. A csal\u00e1dok befogad\u00e1s\u00e1ra 7 lak\u00f3szoba \u00e1ll rendelkez\u00e9s\u00fcnkre.
